Common use of ABSENCE IN EXCESS OF SEVEN DAYS Clause in Contracts

ABSENCE IN EXCESS OF SEVEN DAYS. Resident(s) is required to notify the Xxxxxxx View Area Desk in writing of any anticipated absence in excess of seven days. During such absence, the Landlord may enter the dwelling when reasonably necessary. See section 15, “Privacy and Reasonable Access.”
