Absence in Response to Jury Summons. There shall be no loss in salary if: A. The employee signs a statement and files same with the Treasurer immediately upon return from jury duty stating that compensation was received in the amount shown, and B. The employee remits the compensation received to the office of the Treasurer before the end of the current pay period.
