Common use of Absence of Conflict of Interest Clause in Contracts

Absence of Conflict of Interest. 1.5.1. The consent of the Member of the Supervisory Board to run for the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and the declaration of interests specifying all the circumstances that could give rise to a conflict of interest between the Member of the Supervisory Board and the Company, are attached as Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement. In the case of the circumstances not specified in Annex no. 1 that could give rise to a conflict of interest between the Member of the Supervisory Board and the Company, the Member of the Supervisory Board shall immediately inform the Supervisory Board and the Company of such new circumstances in writing.
