Common use of Absence of the Parents Clause in Contracts

Absence of the Parents. The Parents must inform the Head in writing of the name, address and telephone number for 24 hour contact for the adult who will have the care of the Pupil at any time when both the Parents will be absent from the Pupil's home overnight or for a 24 hour period or longer.
