Common use of Abuse by Family Members, Visitors or Residents Clause in Contracts

Abuse by Family Members, Visitors or Residents. Extendicare will maintain its policies regarding abuse towards Employees by Family Members, Visitors or Residents. Verbal or Physical abuse of Employees will not be tolerated and could result in sanctions. Repeated incidents of abuse will result in more significant sanctions.
