Academic or Certification Advancement. Academic or certification advancement on the salary payment plan shall be made at the beginning of the next academic year or with the first pay period in January both following successful completion of requirements and presentation of proper documentation of same to the Office of the Superintendent. Advancement will be made based upon completion of appropriate postgraduate credit from an accredited college or university.
