Academic Qualifications. a. Faculty members submitting requests for promotion consideration must meet the minimum qualifications for the faculty rank (classification), as well as demonstrate the ability to fulfill the accountabilities for the faculty rank they are seeking, as defined by the CCSNH generic job description. b. A certification review shall be conducted by the VP of Academic Affairs or the CCSNH Director of Human Resources to ensure that the education and experience requirements (minimum qualifications) for the faculty rank of promotion are met.
