Academic Regulations. 1. A TVCC class minimum enrollment of 12 students is necessary to make a face-to-face class on a TVCC campus. Exceptions to this restriction apply in instances in which more than one high school agrees to receive instruction simultaneously (ITV, distance learning, etc.) and a minimum of 12 students enrolled between the participating districts. Embedded courses may be taught on an individual student basis, with no minimum enrollment required. A minimum of 12 students is required for non-embedded courses taught on the high school campus.
