If the resident withdraws, takes a leave of absence or medical leave, graduates, or otherwise ceases to be a regularly enrolled student at Xxxx College, the resident’s Housing Contract is terminated by the Residence Life office typically three business days after the change of student enrollment status, unless a different date is mutually agreed upon by the resident and Residence Life staff. Ceasing to be regularly enrolled includes, but is not limited to, denial of registration and dismissal by Xxxx College faculty.
