Common use of Accelerated Review Clause in Contracts

Accelerated Review. An accelerated promotion review may occur in particularly 37 meritorious cases as determined by the Xxxxxxx or designee in consultation with the 38 appropriate vice president, xxxx, department or unit head, and affected bargaining unit 39 faculty member.
