Common use of Accelerated Review Clause in Contracts

Accelerated Review. An accelerated tenure review may occur in particularly 38 meritorious cases as determined by the Xxxxxxx or designee in consultation with the appropriate 39 xxxx, department or unit head, and affected bargaining unit faculty member.
