Accept Reasonable Good Faith Settlement. With respect to Article 10, the City shall not reject any reasonable good faith settlement. If the City does reject a reasonable, good faith settlement that is acceptable to the Owner, the Owner may enter into a settlement of the action, as it relates to the Owner, and the City shall thereafter defend such action (including appeals) at its own cost and be solely responsible for any judgments rendered in connection with such action.
