Common use of ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS. You must:  not use the Alef Platform or any Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the Alef Platform, any Service or any operating system;  not transmit any material or content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Alef Platform or any Service;  only use the Alef Platform and any Service for your permitted use and, in particular, not attempt to access data pertaining to any other child other than your dependent(s) who you have been provided unique access to;  not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Alef Platform or any Service, including by the submission of any material (to the extent that such use is not licensed by these terms);  not use the Alef Platform or any Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users; and  not collect or harvest any information or data from any Service or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.  not carry out any activity that may interfere with the IMS (or with the servers and networks which convey information during use and/or are connected with the IMS);  not work around any technical limitations of the Alef Platform or the Service;  not share inappropriate content, advertising or spam;  not infringe upon the rights of others;  not use the Service anywhere other than the Alef Platform where the Service has been made available, unless we enable such uses;  not remove, modify, or tamper with any notice that is incorporated into the Service; or  not include misleading statements about Alef Platform functionality, performance, origin or data use.

ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS. You must:  not 5.1 Any User Content may be subject to our review. While we reserve the right to review, monitor, remove or delete User Content, we are under no obligation to do so. 5.2 We reserve the right at our sole and absolute discretion to restrict access to the Service, refuse to display User Content on the Service, remove User Content from the Service or refuse to use any User Content if we consider it necessary or appropriate, including if we receive a complaint alleging copyright infringement or if the User Content is deemed by us to be objectionable, to potentially infringe any third party rights or to be contrary to applicable laws or otherwise unsuitable for use in the Service. 5.3 If in our sole judgment any User Content is in violation of applicable laws such User Content may be reported by us to law enforcement authorities. 5.4 Without limiting the above in any way, you must not: 5.4.1 use the Alef Platform Lt LabStation Application or any the Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these termsthis ToS/XXXX, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by using another user’s account, or by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as including viruses, or harmful data, into the Alef PlatformLt LabStation Application, any Service or any operating system;  not transmit any material or content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Alef Platform or any Service;  only use the Alef Platform and any Service for your permitted use and, in particular, not attempt to access data pertaining to any other child other than your dependent(s) who you have been provided unique access to;  not ; 5.4.2 infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any relevant licensor or any third party in relation to your its use of the Alef Platform Lt LabStation Application, Derivative Works or any Service, including by the submission of ; 5.4.3 transmit any material (that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to its use of the extent that such use is not licensed by these terms);  not Lt LabStation Application or any Service; 5.4.4 use the Alef Platform Lt LabStation Application or any Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users; and  not ; 5.4.5 collect or harvest any information or data from any the Service or our systems systems, except for User Content or Content which you have obtained written permission from the relevant party to use; 5.4.6 attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.  not carry out ; or 5.4.7 perform any activity that may interfere with the IMS (or with the servers and networks which convey information during use and/or are connected with the IMS);  not work around any technical limitations security testing of the Alef Platform Lt LabStation Application or Service or the Service;  not share inappropriate content, advertising ’s hosting platform either manually or spam;  not infringe upon the rights of others;  not use the Service anywhere other than the Alef Platform where the Service has been made available, unless we enable such uses;  not remove, modify, or tamper with utilising any notice that is incorporated into the Service; or  not include misleading statements about Alef Platform functionality, performance, origin or data useautomated system.

ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS. You must:  • not use the Alef Platform App or any Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the Alef PlatformApp, any Service or any operating system;  • not transmit any misuse our App by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material or content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive malicious or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Alef Platform or any Service;  only use the Alef Platform and any Service for your permitted use and, in particular, technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access data pertaining to our App, the server on which our App is stored, or any other child other than server, computer or database connected to our App. You must not attack our App via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your dependent(s) who you have been provided unique access toidentity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our App will cease immediately;  • not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Alef Platform App or any Service, including by the submission of any material Service (to the extent that such use is not licensed by these terms);  • not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the App or any Service; • not use the Alef Platform App or any Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users; and  • not collect or harvest any information or data from any Service or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.  not carry out any activity that may interfere with the IMS (or with the servers and networks which convey information during use and/or are connected with the IMS);  not work around any technical limitations of the Alef Platform or the Service;  not share inappropriate content, advertising or spam;  not infringe upon the rights of others;  not use the Service anywhere other than the Alef Platform where the Service has been made available, unless we enable such uses;  not remove, modify, or tamper with any notice that is incorporated into the Service; or  not include misleading statements about Alef Platform functionality, performance, origin or data use.

ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS. You must:  As a condition of being granted access to the Services and the Services you agree: (a) not to (or attempt to) circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Service or features that enforce limitation on use of the Service or the Content; (b) not to launch any automated system (including, without limitation, any robot, spider or offline reader) that accesses the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to the CyberHive servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a publicly available, standard web browser; (c) not to submit or transmit any material, including User Content, that is unlawful, in breach of third party rights, inaccurate, false, defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Services or any Service; (d) not to use the Alef Platform Services or any Service in any an unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these termsthis XXXX, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as including viruses, vulnerabilities, or harmful data, into the Alef PlatformServices, any Service or any operating system;  ; (e) not transmit any material or content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Alef Platform or any Service;  only use the Alef Platform and Services or Service to offer, solicit, arrange, or engage in, any Service for your permitted use andkind of activity or arrangement which is, in particular, or which would be unlawful; (f) not attempt to access data pertaining to any other child other than your dependent(s) who you have been provided unique access to;  not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Alef Platform Services or any Service, including by the submission of any material Service (to the extent that such use is not expressly licensed by these termsthis XXXX);  ; (g) not to use the Alef Platform Services or any Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users; and  Users; (h) not collect to collect, extract or harvest any information or data from the Services, any Service or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.  ; and (i) not carry out any activity that may interfere with the IMS (or with the servers and networks which convey information during use and/or are connected with the IMS);  not work around any technical limitations of the Alef Platform or the Service;  not share inappropriate content, advertising or spam;  not infringe upon the rights of others;  not to use the Service anywhere other than Services to search or access any third party websites or download any Content which would be unlawful to do so under local laws. Together, such conditions shall be the Alef Platform where the Service has been made available, unless we enable such uses;  not remove, modify, or tamper with any notice that is incorporated into the Service; or  not include misleading statements about Alef Platform functionality, performance, origin or data use“Acceptable Use Restrictions”.
