ACCEPTANCE AND CONVEYANCE OF FACILITIES. Once Constructing Owner has completed construction of the PFE Facilities and the PFE Facilities are deemed satisfactory by the City Engineer following City inspection, the City Engineer may recommend that City Council accept the PFE Facilities, including all associated easements and offers of dedication, provided that all liens, claims and encumbrances in connection with the PFE Facilities have been released and the required warranty bond has been provided to the City. No acceptance shall be valid without the Constructing Owner conveying and vesting full, complete and clear title in said PFE Facilities to the City at the time of acceptance.
