ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT. Final payment may be requested by the Contractor upon completion and acceptance, by the Town, of all work as set forth in the Contract Documents. The total amount of final payment shall consist of the Contract Price, as adjusted in accordance with approved change orders, if applicable, less all previous payments to the Contractor. If the contract price exceeds one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), the Town may make the final payment to the Contractor only after the Town has published notice of such final payment in accordance with C.R.S. § 00-00-000.
