Contract Form. Subd. 1. All members of the teacher unit, except substitute teachers, shall be entitled to an individual contract upon initial employment and subsequent contracts will be issued where there is a fundamental change in employment, e.g. from full-time to less than full-time. However, the teacher shall receive a written notification whenever modifications of salary or other conditions as provided for in the latest negotiated agreement are made and which would change the latest signed individual contract or most previous modification. Those extra-curricular assignments that are included as part of the continuing contract shall be subject individually to teacher resignation but shall remain as part of the continuing contract until a competent and acceptable replacement is available and has administrative recommendations for such teacher attempting to terminate an assignment.
