ACCEPTANCE AND LEASE OF PROPERTY AND FACILITIES. (a) On the Documentation Date Lessor hereby agrees with respect to the Original Property, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, to continue to lease such Property to Lessee and Lessee, subject to satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of Lessor, to continue to lease, commencing on such Documentation Date, from Lessor for the Lease Term, such Property. On the Acquisition Date, Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees to purchase and accept delivery on such Acquisition Date of the Additional Property to be delivered on such Acquisition Date pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement and simultaneously to lease such Property to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of Lessor, to lease commencing on such Acquisition Date from Lessor for the remainder of the Lease Term, such Property to be delivered on Acquisition Date.

ACCEPTANCE AND LEASE OF PROPERTY AND FACILITIES. On the Documentation Date, Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees to purchase and accept delivery on such Documentation Date of the Property to be delivered on such Documentation Date pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement and simultaneously to lease such Property to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of Lessor, to lease commencing on such Documentation Date from Lessor for the Lease Term, such Property to be delivered on such Documentation Date. SECTION 2.2.

  • Lease of Property Landlord, for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be paid, kept, observed, and performed, hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord for the Term (as hereinafter defined), the Property. Tenant’s use of the Property shall be in compliance with the terms of this Lease.

  • Location of Real Property and Leased Premises (a) Schedule 3.20(a) lists completely and correctly as of the Closing Date all real property owned by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries and the addresses thereof. The Borrower and the Subsidiaries own in fee all the real property set forth on Schedule 3.20(a).

  • Lease of Property For Lease Term Landlord leases the Property to Tenant and Tenant leases the Property from Landlord for the Lease Term. If Tenant’s conduct or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.
