Office Space and Facilities. The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

15.02 The University agrees to provide all employees with adequate access to, and use of, libraries, laboratories, course materials, duplicating services, office supplies, computing facilities, software, audio visual equipment, and any other University facilities required in the performance of and preparation for their contractual responsibilities at no cost to the employee, subject to the prior written approval of the employee’s supervisor. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. No employees shall be disciplined for being unable to fulfill their duties due to lack of access to a University computer.
15.03 The University agrees to provide employees with adequate and secure space, at no cost to the employee, for the storage of materials related to the academic enterprise, which the University has deemed to be confidential and/or sensitive in nature.

Each College will provide bargaining unit members with access to University telephone, email, computer, computer work space, a desk and private meeting space. As resources allow, appropriate office space will be provided for all bargaining unit members. Except as otherwise agreed by the affected faculty, conflicts involving the allocation of available office space shall be resolved in deference to rank, years of service and special needs.

(a) The Employer shall provide Employees teaching on-campus courses with the use of appropriately furnished shared office space containing ergonomically sound furnishings (chair and desk), a telephone, bookshelves, a filing cabinet, and network access from that office. The office shall include ceiling to floor walls with sound insulation; lockable doors; lighting sufficient for reading, writing, and computer work; appropriate adjustable exterior window coverings and safe floor coverings; temperature maintained within a normal office temperature range; and acceptable air circulation and quality. For the efficient performance of the duties and responsibilities of the Employee, the Employer shall ensure that no more than three (3), and make every reasonable effort to ensure that no more than two (2), people share a given office.
(b) Employees teaching on-campus courses shall have the same similar rights as full-time Employees regarding library privileges, access to a laptop computer and associated services (i.e., to e-mail, Internet access, personal webpage). Requests for laptops from part-time Employees teaching off- campus courses will not unreasonably be denied. These privileges shall commence two (2) weeks prior to the contract start date and shall terminate two (2) weeks subsequent to the contract end date of the Employee’s contract. Employees who have a confirmed appointment for an upcoming academic session shall retain their library privileges, laptop computer and associated services for the break between appointments.
(c) Employees teaching on campus courses shall have access to the faculty dial-in services without charge for use of the line.
Office Space and Facilities.
.01 Consistent with available facilities and subject to operating and scheduling requirements, and based on the principle that employees require adequate facilities in order to perform their duties, the Employer shall provide employees with appropriate office/laboratory space / facilities , and equipment to assist them in the performance of their duties. In addition to appropriate office space for preparation, administrative work, and conducting office hours, these facilities will include a computer; internet access; access to a telephone and an internal mailbox; a computer user account; office supplies; access to printing/copying; and a long distance access code/reimbursement for long distance charges incurred in the performance of their duties.
.02 It is acknowledged that when the employer only provides shared office space, subject to future changes made to the declaration of conditions of employment (T2200) form the Union and the Employer agree that the employee is required to work from home and will issue an appropriately completed T2200 indicating that more than 50% of work is done from home. All requests must be submitted to the appropriate Xxxx`s office by March 15 of each year, and signed by the Employer within 5 days of being submitted.
.03 Employees shall have access to space appropriate for confidential discussions. Departments shall inform members of the process for securing confidential space.
.04 MyTrent accounts and access to the University’s Library services will be maintained from the time an employee accepts an offer of employment for a minimum period of twelve (12) months subsequent to the start date of the employee’s most recent contract.
