ACCEPTANCE BY ORGANIZER. UBM Canon, in its sole discretion, determines whether a prospective exhibitor is eligible to participate in the Event. Eligibility is generally limited to firms that supply products and services to the industry this event serves. UBM Canon may withdraw its acceptance at any time by refunding the Total Space Fee paid if UBM Canon determines that Exhibitor or its Product(s) is ineligible. UBM Canon has sole control over attendance policies. UBM Canon makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Event or the number of persons who will attend the Event.

Participating Company (“Company”) involvement in the DevNation Federal (“Event") is subject to Organizer’s approval. No contract is created unless and until the DevNation Federal Event Contract (the “Agreement”) contained within the DevNation Federal Event Application (“Application”) is signed (either manually or electronically) by Company and is accepted by Organizer. Organizer may withdraw its acceptance at any time by refunding the total fee paid if Organizer determines, in its sole discretion, that Company or its product(s) is objectionable, unsuitable, or inconsistent with the goals of the Event. Organizer makes no warranties regarding the number of persons who will attend the Event. Event dates, hours, and venue may be modified by information provided to Company in writing.

  • Acceptance by the City It is expressly understood and agreed that all materials provided and/or work done by the Contractor shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the City at its discretion, and that any progress inspections and approval by the City of any item or work shall not forfeit the right of the City to require the correction of faulty workmanship or material at any time during the course of the work, although previously approved by oversight. Nothing herein contained shall relieve the Contractor of the responsibility for proper construction and maintenance of the work, materials and equipment required under the terms of this Contract until all work has been completed and accepted by the City.

  • Acceptance by Recipient This Agreement must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Recipient and returned to, and received by, the OPWC within forty-five (45) days of the date written on the first page of this Agreement. Failure of the Recipient to return a fully executed copy of this Agreement to the OPWC within the forty-five (45) day limit will result in this Agreement being declared null and void.   • Acceptance of Services Services furnished under this Contract are subject to acceptance by OSU.   • Termination for Convenience by The District The District may terminate this Agreement for convenience, for any reason or no reason at all, on fourteen (14) days advance written notice to Contractor. This advance written notice shall be deemed to have been given on the date the notice is sent by the District to the address for written notices provided below by hand delivery, U.S. Mail, commercial delivery service, such as Fed Ex or UPS, or fax. If this Agreement is so terminated, then the District shall only pay Contractor for goods and/or services provided by Contractor and accepted by the District up to, through, and including the date of termination.
