Acceptance by Process Agent a letter from the process agent appointed by Xxxxxx pursuant to Section 15.4(a) accepting its appointment;
Acceptance by Process Agent. CT Corporation System shall have accepted its appointment as Process Agent on behalf of Lessee by one or more instruments in writing delivered to Lessor.

Acceptance by Process Agent. Administrative Agent shall have received a letter substantially in the form of Exhibit XI annexed hereto from the initial agent for service of process designated by Company in subsection 10.17.
