Customer will be responsible for any wrongful or unlawful acts or omissions of its Users with respect to the Software, and shall have sole responsibility for notifying its Users of the terms, conditions, and restrictions contained in this Agreement and for securing their agreement to be bound by the same.
Such records shall be kept in such manner as the Air Authority may from time to time require and in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program.
Aircraft Documents shall also include all logs, certificates and data, and inspection, modification and overhaul records, relating to the Aircraft and required to be maintained by the Air Authority and/or by the Approved Maintenance Program.
