Acceptance by Project Manager. Project Manager hereby accepts its engagement by County, and agrees to perform the Services specified in this Agreement, including all attachments and exhibits, for the benefit of and on behalf of County, subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, including all attachments and exhibits.
