Acceptance by Trustees. Each Trustee and successor Trustee, upon signing an Acceptance of Trust in the form set forth in Appendix A attached hereto, thereby accepts the trusts established by this Agreement and consents to act as a Trustee.
Acceptance by Trustees. (a) The UTI Trustee shall have the rights, powers and duties with respect to the UTI set forth herein. The Initial Beneficiary hereby appoints U.S. Bank Trust National Association as the UTI Trustee. The UTI Trustee does hereby accept such appointment and agrees to act as a trustee of the Trust for the benefit of the Initial Beneficiary and such other Persons as may become holders of all or a part of the UTI, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Acceptance by Trustees. Section 10.07
Acceptance by Trustees. The Trustees, by joining in the execution of this Trust Agreement, accept the Trust herein created and provided for, and accept all of the rights, powers, privileges, duties, and responsibilities of the Trustees hereunder, and agree to exercise and perform the same in accordance with the terms and provisions contained herein.
Acceptance by Trustees. Trustees acknowledge receipt from the Grantor of the properties described in the attached Exhibit A, and do hereby accept this trust upon the terms set forth in this agreement.
Acceptance by Trustees. (a) The Owner Trustee shall have the rights, powers and duties with respect to the Titling Trust and the Series Interests as are set forth herein. The Settlor hereby appoints Wilmington Trust Company, with its principal place of business in Wilmington, Delaware, as the Owner Trustee. The Owner Trustee does hereby accept such appointment and agrees to act as a trustee of the Titling Trust for the benefit of each Certificateholder, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Acceptance by Trustees. Trustees accept this trust when this Deed of Trust, duly executed and acknowledged, is made a public record as provided by law.
Acceptance by Trustees. The first Trustee, and all subsequent Trustees and successor Trustees, by accepting the appointment as Trustee of this organization causes all present and future Trustees to agree to the following:
Acceptance by Trustees. The members of the Board are the trustees of the Pension Plan and the Pension Fund. Each member of the Board, upon signing an Acceptance of Trust in the form set forth in Appendix A attached hereto, thereby accepts the trusts established by this Joint Trust Agreement and consents to act as Trustee.
Acceptance by Trustees. The Trustees hereby accept the aforesaid Trusts upon the terms and conditions set out.
