Acceptance of Agreement; Scope. (a) This Agreement takes effect when we receive payment from you in full for your Tokens (the “Effective Date”). By purchasing Tokens from us during the Token Sale Period, you will be bound by this Agreement and all terms incorporated by reference. The white paper (as may be amended from time to time, the “White Paper”) is available via the company site at any time.

The white paper (as may be amended from time to time, the “White Paper”) and other materials concerning the Company’s special purpose decentralized data exchange protocol (the “Protocol”) – details of which are described on xxxxxxxxx.xx and which are hereby incorporated by reference.
