Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Corporation Service Company of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to May 30, 2029 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 20.8(b) (and the payment of all fees in respect thereof for the period from the date of the Closing to a date not earlier than the third anniversary date of the Closing).

Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Lineage Logistics, LLC, 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 00000 of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to 1 year after maturity of the Notes (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation (the "Process Agent") of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 23.8(e) hereof and Section 16(b) of the Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing to April 7, 2033 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by C T Corporation System, with an office on the date hereof at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 22.7(e) for the period from the date of the Initial Closing to February 27, 2033 (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. The Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by the Process Agent of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 10.17 for the period from the Closing Date to one year after maturity of the Note (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by National Registered Agents, Inc. of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 24.10(e) hereof and Section 5.03(e) of each Member Guarantee, in each case for the period from the date of this Agreement through July 25, 2025.

The Issuing Bank shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Corporation Service Company of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 24.8(e) for the period from the Effective Date to the Maturity Date (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 24.8(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to the date that is the one year anniversary of the Final Maturity Date (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof).
Acceptance of Appointment to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received evidence of the acceptance by CT Corporation System of the appointment and designation provided for by Section 24.7(e) for the period from the date of the Closing to six (6) months after maturity of Notes (and the payment in full of all fees in respect thereof), including, in the case of any Mexican Guarantor, an irrevocable power of attorney for lawsuits and collections (pleitos y cobranzas) granted by such Mexican Guarantor in favor of CT Corporation System, and such power of attorney shall have been duly notarized and apostilled in accordance with, and shall otherwise comply with, Mexican Law.
