This includes: (i) policing card types at the point of sale; (ii) paying Association fees and charges for only accepting certain card types; and (iii) paying any costs we incur in connection with your Limited Acceptance. Our obligations are limited to those expressed in the Operating Rules. Your Limited Acceptance program only applies to U.S.-issued cards. The Visa and MasterCard Operating Regulations require merchants accepting any Card product bearing a Visa or MasterCard symbol to continue accepting both debit and credit Card products issued by non-U.S. members.
