Acceptance of Corporation’s Members as Patients. Medical Services Entity and any sub- contractors of the Medical Services Entity shall accept as patients Corporation’s Members, without regard to their health care needs. Medical Services Entity agrees (i) not to differentiate or discriminate in the treatment of its patients or in the quality of services delivered to Members on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, religion, place of residence, health status or disability, and without regard to the source of payment, and (ii) to observe, protect, and promote the rights of Members as patients.
