Health Status. The Parties acknowledge that, during the Term of this Agreement, Resident must be able to appropriately and safely perform his or her duties hereunder. Resident is responsible for notifying MRMC in a timely manner of any health factors that may affect the Resident's performance of his or her professional and/or administrative duties required hereunder, including health factors potentially affecting the health, safety or welfare of Resident or patients to whom Resident renders services. Resident agrees to submit to a screening for substance abuse prior to any performance of the duties and obligations set forth under this Agreement, and further agrees that this Agreement is contingent upon the successful completion of this screening. MRMC, in accordance with applicable laws, shall from time to time be entitled to make reasonable inquiries and require appropriate health screenings, both mental and physical, and testing concerning Resident's ability to perform his or her duties. Such screenings and testing include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) testing for substance abuse; (ii) testing for communicable or infectious diseases, including sexually transmitted diseases; and (iii) requesting and receiving such other information necessary to assure MRMC that Resident is capable of performing his or her duties and does not pose a health or safety risk to others. The results of any testing, screening or examination, as required herein, will be maintained as confidential and will be disclosed within the sole discretion of MRMC to its officers and directors only on a need to know basis and in accordance with applicable laws. Provided, however, any positive test result will be reported to appropriate authorities as required or allowed by law. Furthermore, if Resident is or becomes infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), then the Resident has the sole discretion to report Resident's condition to an expert review panel, established pursuant to the "S.C. Health Care Professional Compliance Act", which is codified at S.C. Code Xxx. Section 44-30-10, et. seq. (Law. Co-op. Supp. 2003) (or any corresponding section of any future law) and any subsequent amendments as may occur, to determine Resident's appropriate scope of practice and resolve any other relevant issues.
Health Status. All nurses are required to maintain a level of protection against vaccine- preventable diseases in accordance with current Health Unit policy. In an outbreak situation, the employer agrees to take reasonable steps to accommodate un-immunized nurses or those not taking prophylactic medications where they are available, through alternate work arrangements, however, if he/she cannot be reassigned, he/she may be placed on unpaid leave, or, may utilize any paid time entitlements owing to them. The Manager in charge of Human Resources will maintain a record so that nurses can ensure their protection level is up to date and complete.
Health Status. The University shall require students participating in the clinical program to meet the health requirements of the Site and/or state regulatory agency. Proof of compliance may be required before participation in the program.
Health Status. All employees are required to maintain a level of protection against vaccine-preventable diseases in accordance with current Health Unit policy. Such services provided at present by the Health Unit shall continue to be offered. In an outbreak situation, the employer agrees to take reasonable steps to accommodate un-immunized workers through alternate work arrangements, however, if they cannot be reassigned, they may be placed on unpaid leave, or, may utilize any paid time entitlements owing to them. The Director, Human Resources/Designate will maintain a record so that employees can ensure their protection level is up to date and complete.
20.02 Employees are encouraged to set up appointments outside of working hours. An Employee may request to use any earned time off entitlements such as Personal Leave Time, vacation time, earned flex time or earned compensating time for actual time required to keep dental and medical appointments. An Employee may request to flex their hours of work that day if the time required is less than or equal to one (1) hour. If the employee does not have paid time entitlements, an employee may use unpaid time off.
Health Status. 3.5.1. The Parties acknowledge that during the initial term and any renewal terms of this Agreement, Fellow must be able to appropriately and safely perform the duties hereunder. Fellow shall apprise District of health factors that may affect Fellow's performance of any professional and/or administrative duties, including health factors potentially affecting the health, safety or welfare of District’s patients. The District, in accordance with applicable laws, shall from time to time be entitled to make reasonable inquiries and require appropriate health screenings, both mental and physical, and testing concerning Fellow's ability to perform his/her duties. Such screenings and testing include, but are not limited to, testing for substance abuse and for communicable or infectious diseases.
3.5.2. The results of any testing, screening, or examination required herein will be maintained as confidential; provided, however, any positive test result (i) will be reported to appropriate authorities as required or allowed by law and (ii) will be disclosed, in the sole discretion of District, on a need to know basis in accordance with applicable laws. If Fellow becomes infected with HIV or Hepatitis B, District has the sole discretion not only to report the Fellow's condition in accordance with the law but to determine the Fellow's appropriate scope of practice and resolve other relevant issues. In any enforcement action of this Section District shall, as provided under applicable State and Federal laws, protect the Fellow's due process rights.
Health Status. CareFirst BlueChoice will not discriminate against any Member for purposes including, but not limited to, eligibility, enrollment, variations in Premium rates, and/or coverage under the terms of the [In-Network] Evidence of Coverage, based on health status, medical condition (including both, mental and physical illness), claims experience, claims experience, receipt of health care, medical history, genetic information, evidence of insurability (including conditions arising out of acts of domestic violence) or disability.

Contractor, including all Contractor Personnel who may or will have either regular or limited access to any Resident, shall be in a condition of health that allows them to perform the duties of their employment. The Contractor shall provide proof of a current TB screening (obtained within the past year), for each Contractor Personnel who will have regular or limited access to any Resident, prior to permitting Contractor or such Personnel to provide Services under this Contract. The Contractor shall also provide proof of this and all subsequent TB screenings directly to the XXXXXXXXXXxxxxxxx@xxxx.xx.xxx or to such other email address provided by the Contract Manager.
Health Status. Members enrolled under this Certificate will not have coverage terminated because of health status or requirements for health services. MISCELLANEOUS.
Health Status. The Department, through the PROGRAM, will require each Intern to furnish proof of current physical examination, screenings, and relevant immunizations including, but not limited to, vaccines for childhood communicable diseases, tuberculosis skin test, tetanus booster, MMR vaccine, Varicella vaccine, Tdap vaccine, Hepatitis B vaccine, and seasonal flu vaccinations, the results of which shall be made available to the FACILITY, upon request. In the event an Intern fails to provide documentation or evidence of the requested medical information within five (5) business days of request, the Intern shall not be permitted to work at the FACILITY until said documentation or evidence is produced to the satisfaction of the FACILITY. The PROGRAM will provide notification to Interns in the event the FACILITY requires additional checks, screens, immunizations, or evidence of compliance prior to the commencement of the Intern’s rotation.
