The Medical. Group shall have the ultimate control over and responsibility for any clinical research program pertaining to patients of the Medical Group. This shall include but not be limited to research personnel interviewing, hiring, termination, compensation, day-to-day supervision, and assignment of responsibilities and projects. However, the Medical Group will cooperate with and take direction from the Management Company in its nationwide efforts to provide an effective disease management information system and outcome studies programs.
