Common use of Acceptance of Deed Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Deed. The acceptance of the Deed by Buyer or Buyer’s nominee as the case may be, shall be deemed to be full performance and discharge of every agreement and obligation herein contained or expressed other than those provision of the Purchase and Sale Agreement which by its terms continue after delivery of the deed.

Acceptance of Deed. The acceptance of the Deed by Buyer or Buyer’s nominee its nominee, as the case may be, of a deed to the Premises shall be deemed to be a full performance and discharge of every agreement and obligation herein contained or expressed other than those provision expressed, except such as are, by the terms hereof, to be performed after the delivery of said deed, or which, pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement which by its express terms continue after of this Agreement, are to survive delivery of the deed.

Acceptance of Deed. The acceptance by Buyer of the Deed by Buyer or Buyer’s nominee as delivery of the case may be, deed at the closing shall be and be deemed to be full performance and discharge of every agreement and obligation (either express or implied) on the part of Seller to be performed pursuant to this contract, except those, if any, which are herein contained or expressed other than those provision of specifically stated to survive the Purchase and Sale Agreement which by its terms continue after delivery of the deedclosing.
