Common use of Acceptance of Deed Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Deed. The acceptance of the Deed by Buyer or Buyer’s nominee as the case may be, shall be deemed to be full performance and discharge of every agreement and obligation herein contained or expressed other than those provision of the Purchase and Sale Agreement which by its terms continue after delivery of the deed.

Acceptance of Deed. The acceptance by the Purchaser of the Deed by Buyer or Buyer’s nominee as to the case may be, Premises shall be deemed to be a full performance and discharge of every agreement and obligation of the Seller herein contained or expressed other than those provision of expressed, except such, if any, as are, by the Purchase and Sale Agreement which by its express terms continue hereof, to be performed after the delivery of the deedsaid Deed.
