Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF HOMESITE Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF HOMESITE. (a) You acknowledge that You have inspected the Homesite and accept it “AS IS”. You also acknowledge that neither Xxxxxxxx nor anyone else has made any promise, representation, or warranty of any kind, orally or in writing, as to any aspect of the Homesite. In no event shall Landlord be liable to you for any defect in the Homesite or for any limitation on its use.
