Acceptance of Application. (a) SORACOM may request the Applicant to submit information necessary for SORACOM to determine whether the Applicant may have failed to make any payment that the Applicant is responsible to pay in relation to the SORACOM Air Global Service. In such case, the Applicant shall promptly submit such information in writing.
Acceptance of Application. (a) SORACOM may request the Applicant to submit information necessary for SORACOM to determine whether the Applicant may have failed to make any payment that the Applicant is responsible to pay in relation to the SORACOM Private Network Service. In such case, the Applicant shall promptly submit such information in writing.
(b) SORACOM will consent to the Application, except if SORACOM determines that:
(i) there is an undue risk that the Applicant may breach the General Terms;
(ii) provision of the SORACOM Private Network Service to the Applicant carries an undue risk of damage the confidence or profit of SORACOM or other Subscriber (defined in Section 3.3);
(iii) provision of the SORACOM Private Network Service to the Applicant carries an undue risk of harm to the intellectual property rights, property rights and other rights of SORACOM or a third party;
(iv) the Applicant damages the relationship of mutual trust between the Applicant and SORACOM, or the Applicant or representative thereof is an Anti-Social Force (defined in Section 18.4) ;
(v) the Applicant falls under any of the items of Section 5.1(c) below;
(vi) SORACOM has terminated the agreement between SORACOM and the Applicant;
(vii) the Applicant provides any false information to SORACOM;
(viii) the Applicant designates an unavailable credit card as the method of payment; or
(ix) the Applicant does not intend to use the SORACOM Private Network Service appropriately.
(c) Notwithstanding Section 3.2(b), if SORACOM has no capacity in the communication network, SORACOM may postpone or refuse the Application.
Acceptance of Application. The Administrator shall not accept an application for a Further Advance or a Product Switch without first having received confirmation in writing from the Seller that the Seller would, if invited to do so by the Mortgages Trustee, purchase the relevant Mortgage Loan and its Related Security from the Mortgages Trustee.

(iii) provision of the SORACOM Arc Service to the Applicant carries an undue risk of harm to the intellectual property rights, property rights and other rights of SORACOM or a third party;
(iv) the Applicant damages the relationship of mutual trust between the Applicant and SORACOM, or the Applicant or representative thereof is an Anti-Social Force (defined in Section 19.3) ;
(v) the Applicant falls under any of the items of Section 5.1(c) below;
(vi) SORACOM has terminated the agreement between SORACOM and the Applicant;
(vii) the Applicant provides any false information to SORACOM;
(viii) the Applicant designates an unavailable credit card as the method of payment; or
(ix) the Applicant does not intend to use the SORACOM Arc Service appropriately.
Acceptance of Application. Applicant must sign a Rental/Lease Agreement (in a form acceptable to Landlord) for the premises no later than the move in date <<prleasefrom>> or Landlord will deduct "lost rental damages" (as defined below) incurred by Landlord as a result of holding the subject premises off market. If Applicant signs a Rental/Lease Agreement, Landlord and Applicant will apply the holding deposit to security deposit. If there is inconsistency between the terms of this Holding Deposit Agreement, and a Rental/Lease Agreement signed by the parties, the terms of Rental/Lease Agreement will control. In the event the Applicant signs a Rental/Lease Agreement and the unit is not available on the beginning date of the Rental/Lease Agreement due to a prior tenant holding over, the Applicant's damages shall be limited to a return of the holding deposit, any security deposit and any advance payment of rent.
Acceptance of Application. The Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues, produced by HR Houston, is a professional association dedicated to providing knowledge, relationships and solutions to HR Professionals. HR Houston reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product or service, and the right to restrict, prohibit or evict any exhibitor or product that, in sole discretion of HR Houston detracts from the character of the Exposition or violates any of the following Rules and Regulations. In the event of such restriction or eviction, HR Houston is not liable for refunding exhibit fees or any other costs incurred by the exhibitor. In particular and without limitation, excessive audio or visual attention-getting devices or effects or offensive odors are prohibited.
Acceptance of Application. 3.1 Following electronic lodgment of the Exhibition Application Form, the Organiser will assess the application and determine whether the Exhibitor is approved for the Event. If the application is approved, the Organiser will allocate a Stand site and offer it to the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor accepts the offer by completing and electronically lodging the Exhibition Confirmation Form.
3.2 On receipt by the Organiser of the Exhibition Confirmation Form, the Exhibitor will be deemed to be confirmed and their place at the Event secured.
3.3 In the event that the Organiser refuses approval to an Exhibitor by refusing to approve either the Exhibition Application Form or the Exhibition Confirmation Form, this Agreement shall cease and become null and void.
3.4 If the Organiser refuses approval to an Exhibitor, the Organiser will notify the Exhibitor in writing within a reasonable time period.
3.5 The Organiser reserves the sole discretion as to whether to accept an Exhibition Application Form and/or an Exhibition Confirmation Form and the Exhibitor agrees and accepts that the Organiser’s decision is final and not subject to challenge.
3.6 The Organiser is not required to provide reasons for refusal of approval under this clause. 13
Acceptance of Application. It is understood that before the Bank can make available to the Client any of the services described in this Agreement and/or extend credit, the Bank must first receive all pertinent documentation from the Client and accept his, her, or its application.
Acceptance of Application. The University reserves the right to reject an application for accommodations in the University residence halls/apartments. If the University accepts an application, the student will pay all charges for the accommodations assigned at the rate and times established by the University.
