Acceptance and Application of Partial Payments Lender may accept and either apply or hold in suspense Partial Payments in its sole discretion in accordance with this Section 2. Lender is not obligated to accept any Partial Payments or to apply any Partial Payments at the time such payments are accepted, and also is not obligated to pay interest on such unapplied funds. Lender may hold such unapplied funds until Borrower makes payment sufficient to cover a full Periodic Payment, at which time the amount of the full Periodic Payment will be applied to the Loan. If Borrower does not make such a payment within a reasonable period of time, Lender will either apply such funds in accordance with this Section 2 or return them to Borrower. If not applied earlier, Partial Payments will be credited against the total amount due under the Loan in calculating the amount due in connection with any foreclosure proceeding, payoff request, loan modification, or reinstatement. Lender may accept any payment insufficient to bring the Loan current without waiver of any rights under this Security Instrument or prejudice to its rights to refuse such payments in the future.

Acceptance of Improvements Notwithstanding the fact that the Bond Amount may be reduced upon partial completion of the Improvements, neither shall any partial reduction nor shall any full reduction of the Bond Amount constitute final acceptance (”Acceptance”) of the Improvements by the City. Acceptance of the Improvements must be by Resolution of the City Council, pursuant to Tooele City Code '7-19-32.
ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL 12.1 All components used in the manufacture or construction of materials, supplies and equipment, and all finished materials, shall be new, the latest make/model, of the best quality, and the highest grade workmanship.
Acceptance of Application (a) SORACOM may request the Applicant to submit information necessary for SORACOM to determine whether the Applicant may have failed to make any payment that the Applicant is responsible to pay in relation to the SORACOM Private Network Service. In such case, the Applicant shall promptly submit such information in writing.
Acceptance of Agreement This Agreement shall not be considered accepted, approved or otherwise effective until the statutorily required approvals and certifications have been given.
Acceptance of Services Services furnished under this Contract are subject to acceptance by OSU. If OSU finds services furnished to be incomplete or not in compliance with the Contract, OSU, at its sole discretion, may either reject the services, require Contractor to correct any defects without charge, or negotiate with Contractor to reduce the price, whichever OSU deems appropriate under the circumstances. If Contractor is unable or refuses to cure any defects within a time deemed reasonable by OSU, OSU may reject the services and cancel the Contract in whole or in part.
Notification of Acceptance of General Offer of Privacy Terms Upon execution of Exhibit “E”, General Offer of Privacy Terms, Subscribing LEA shall provide notice of such acceptance in writing and given by personal delivery, or e-mail transmission (if contact information is provided for the specific mode of delivery), or first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the designated representative below. Maintenance of Benefits With respect to negotiable wages, hours and working conditions not covered by this Agreement, the State agrees to make no changes without appropriate prior consultation and negotiations with the Association unless such change is made to comply with law, and existing regulations, Personnel Rules, written Policies and Procedures, General Orders, General Operating Procedure, or Standard Operating Procedure.
ACCEPTANCE OF TRUSTS The Owner Trustee accepts the trusts created by this Agreement and agrees to exercise its rights and powers and perform its obligations under this Agreement.
