Common use of Acceptance of Rent from Transferee Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Rent from Transferee. The acceptance by Landlord of the payment of Rent, additional rent, or other charges following assignment, subletting, or other transfer prohibited by this Article VII shall not be deemed to be a consent by Landlord to any such assignment, subletting, or other transfer, nor shall the same constitute a waiver of any right or remedy of Landlord.

Acceptance of Rent from Transferee.
