Cleaning Services Sample Clauses
Cleaning Services. Students living in affiliated housing, Independence Plaza, Falls Center and the Townhouses are responsible for any and all housekeeping duties within their assigned unit, including the bathrooms. Students living in the residence halls are responsible for all housekeeping duties within their assigned rooms. Housekeeping is provided for common areas only (lounges, hallways, bathrooms, etc.)
Cleaning Services. Tenant agrees that they will not permit window cleaning or other exterior maintenance and janitorial services in and for the Premises to be performed, without the prior approval of Landlord.
Cleaning Services. (i) Provided Tenant shall keep the Demised Premises in good order, Landlord, at Landlord's expense, shall cause the executive and administrative portions of the Demised Premises only to be cleaned. Tenant shall pay to Landlord within ten (10) days of Landlord's demand, Landlord's charges for cleaning work in the Demised Premises or the Building required because of (i) misuse or neglect on the part of Tenant or its employees or visitors, (ii) use of portions of the Demised Premises for preparation, serving, or consumption of food or beverages, reproducing operations, private lavatories or toilets or other special purposes requiring greater or more difficult cleaning work than office areas, (iii) interior portioning glass surfaces, (iv) non-Building standard materials or finishes installed by Tenant or at its request. Landlord and/or its cleaning contractor and their employees shall have after hours access to the Demised Premises and the use of Tenant's light, power and water in the Demised Premises as may be reasonably required for the purpose of cleaning the Demised Premises.
(ii) Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall cause all portions of the Demised Premises used for the storage, preparation, service or consumption of food or beverages to be cleaned daily in a manner satisfactory to Landlord, and to be exterminated against infestation by vermin, roaches or rodents regularly and, in addition, whenever there shall be evidence of any infestation.
(iii) Only Landlord or any one or more persons, firms or corporations authorized in writing by Landlord shall be permitted to act as maintenance contractor for any waxing, polishing, cleaning and maintenance work in the Demised Premises. Nothing herein contained shall prohibit Tenant from performing such work for itself by use of its regular employees. Landlord may fix, in its reasonable discretion, at any time and from time to time, the hours during which and regulations under which such services are to be furnished. Landlord expressly reserves the right to act as or to designate, at any time and from time to time, an exclusive contractor for all or any one or more of such services, provided that the quality thereof and the charges therefore are reasonably comparable to that of other contractors, and Landlord expressly reserves the right to exclude from the Building any person, firm or corporation attempting to furnish any of such services.
Cleaning Services. The UNIVERSITY agrees to provide cleaning service for the common areas (lounges, hallways, and bathrooms) of each residence hall.
Cleaning Services. Tenant shall not engage any person or company other than Landlord’s janitorial service to perform cleaning services within the Premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Landlord.
Cleaning Services. The LANDLORD shall provide such cleaning services, if any, to the LEASED PREMISES as it may in its sole and absolute discretion deem necessary or advisable, it being understood that the LANDLORD shall be under no obligation whatsoever to provide such cleaning services.

Cleaning Services. Tenant shall be responsible throughout the Term of the Lease Agreement for supplying cleaning services to the Premises, which cleaning services shall be of a type and kind prevalent in other first class office buildings in the Albany, New York area.

Cleaning Services. Subject to the Employer maintaining a qualified and adequate work force to perform work required to be done, seniority Employees will be scheduled in accordance with operational needs and business demands. Employees in the Cleaning Services department will be scheduled off on weekends in accordance with his/her seniority.
