Cleaning Services Clause Samples

The Cleaning Services clause defines the obligations and standards for cleaning tasks to be performed under an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of cleaning, frequency, required materials, and any specific areas or items to be addressed, such as offices, restrooms, or common spaces. By clearly specifying these requirements, the clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities, reducing disputes and maintaining a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the contract term.
