Acceptance of Services Not a Waiver. In no event shall any action by County hereunder constitute or be construed to be a waiver by County of any breach of this Agreement or default which may then exist on the part of Contractor. Acceptance by the County of, or payment for, the services completed under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any of the County’s rights under this Agreement or under the law generally.
