Acceptance of terms of Hire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between A1 Plant Hire and the Customer relating to the hire of Equipment. Any of the following shall constitute acceptance by the Customer of these Terms and Conditions, and shall be sufficient evidence of the Customer’s consent and acceptance of these terms of the Hire Agreement which acceptance shall form a legally binding agreement between the Parties:
