Hire Agreement. 1.1 This Agreement is between the hirer stated on page 1 of this Agreement and the Lavendon Village Hall Management Committee, hereafter referred to as the Committee.
Hire Agreement. 3.1 The acceptance of a booking shall be by means of a ‘Hire Agreement’ between the Hirer and Leybourne Parish Council. The hiring agreement constitutes permission only to use the premises and confers no tenancy or other right of occupation on the hirer. The hire agreement will remain in place for a period of one year, or until the end of hire, whichever is the shortest. The hire agreement may be terminated earlier if conditions of this standard condition of hire are not complied with.
Hire Agreement. SCHEDULE OF STANDARD CONDITIONS
Hire Agreement. For use of Parish facilities by a person or outside group. The nature of the arrangements may be the payment of a fair and commercial hire fee where a third party hgas limited and non-exclusive use of Parish facilities for specified times, it may be a one-off user, or a long term user under agreed terms.
Hire Agreement. I hereby acknowledge that I have received and examined the conditions of hire and am fully aware of and accept that, should this application be approved, the conditions, indemnities and other requirements as set out in the document become part of the agreement to hire the Ballarat Showgrounds.
Hire Agreement. The Hirer Application and Declaration form must be completed and signed prior to the booking date. The Hirer (hiring organisations must designate a responsible person) must be aged 21 years or over (photo ID must be provided if requested) and is responsible for supervising the function. Where the Hirer intends to use the Grace Centre to provide programs/activities for people under the age of 18 years, the Hirer shall provide sufficient and competent adult supervision at all times and is responsible for all participants’ behaviour; compliance with legal requirements such as Working With Vulnerable People cards is mandatory.
Hire Agreement. 1.1 For the purposes of this Special Condition:
Hire Agreement. Subject to the payment of charges by the hirer as specified in Part 3, the Council will hire the Complex to the hirer for the hiring purpose during the hiring period.
Hire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with any:
(a) Credit Application;
(b) Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity or other Guarantee provided by a director of any Customer in favour of A1 Plant Hire; and/or
(c) Hire Schedule; together constitute the entire Hire Agreement between the Customer and A1 Plant Hire, provided that in the event of any inconsistency between those documents, the Hire Schedule shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Hire Agreement. Without the prior written consent of the other party, the Company and Superior each agree to refrain from conducting employment discussions with, or hiring, directly or indirectly, the other party's employees, agents, and subcontractors ("Personnel") who have provided services relating to this Agreement, until twelve (12) months after the date the Personnel was last involved in any activity related to this Agreement.
