Hire of Equipment. 1.1 The hiring of the equipment will commence from the commencement date specified in the Schedule and continue for the term specified in the Schedule.
1.2 The hirer is entitled to use the equipment for the hire period. Any extension of the hire period must be agreed to by the owner.
1.3 The hirer agrees to return the equipment to the address identified by the owner on or before the end of the hire period as outlined in the Schedule and that failure to do so can be criminal theft and may be immediately reported to the police.

Hire of Equipment. In the event the Customer Hires Equipment from the Supplier pursuant to this Agreement, the Supplier hire terms available for download from xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx shall apply. To extent of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Supplier hire terms and conditions the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Hire of Equipment. The OWNER has agreed to hire the EQUIPMENT and provide any ADDITIONAL SERVICES to the HIRER on the terms and conditions as set out herein. Notwithstanding the aforegoing, if, for whatever reason, the HIRE CONTRACT is not signed prior to commencement of the proposed HIRE PERIOD, the Company by accepting the EQUIPMENT nonetheless unconditionally agrees, or shall be deemed to unconditionally agree, by conduct and is bound to the provisions and conditions of such agreement as fully as if such Agreement had been signed.
Hire of Equipment. (a) The hiring of the Equipment will commence from the commencement date specified in the Hire Period and continue for the term specified.
(b) The Hirer is taken to have exclusively accepted and is immediately bound, jointly and severally, by these Terms if they place an order to hire the Equipment.
(c) The Hirer is entitled to use the Equipment for the Hire Period and for any agreed extension of the period.
(d) The Hirer agrees to return the Equipment to the address of PLUL on or before the end of the Hire Period unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. If the Equipment is to be picked up by PLUL, the Hirer agrees to grant PLUL access to the Hirer’s premises at the time agreed between the Parties, for the Equipment to be picked up.
(e) PLUL will not refund any Hire Fee monies if the Hirer elects to return the Equipment prior to the end of the Hire Period, regardless of the reason.

Despite anything else in the this document, without the express written consent of the owner, the hire period (including any option or extension of it) cannot be longer than two years (or any other period that is the time threshold for a PPS lease under the PPS Law (as defined below)).
Hire of Equipment. The Customer
3.1 The Customer must:
(a) satisfy itself at the Commencement that the Equipment is suitable for its purposes.
(b) make arrangements for UPHIRE to collect the Equipment, at the Customer’s cost, at the end of the Hire Period. If UPHIRE agrees to allow the Customer to itself deliver the Equipment to UPHIRE at the end of the Hire Period, the Customer must take out insurance for the Equipment at full replacement value to cover the transit.
(c) return the Equipment to UPHIRE in clean and good working order. In the event the Equipment is not returned in clean and good working order, UPHIRE may charge and the Customer must pay for all cleaning and repair costs incurred by UPHIRE.
(d) operate the Equipment safely, strictly in accordance with the law, only for its intended use, and in accordance with any manufacturer’s instructions whether supplied by UPHIRE or posted on the Equipment.
(e) indemnify UPHIRE for all injury and/or damage caused or contributed to by the Customer to persons and property in relation to the Equipment and its operation and have adequate insurance to cover all liabilities incurred as a result of the use of the Equipment.
(f) ensure that any person collecting or taking delivery of Equipment on behalf of the Customer is authorised by the Customer to do so and the Customer will not allege that any such person is not so authorised.
(g) ensure that all persons operating or erecting the Equipment are suitably instructed in its safe and proper use and where necessary hold all necessary Approvals and qualifications required at law to operate the Equipment.
(h) conduct a thorough hazard and risk assessment before using the Equipment and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety laws relating to the Equipment and its operation. The Hirer acknowledges that a Safety Checklist is located on each piece of Equipment (“the Checklist”). The Hirer agrees to undertake a daily safety check using the Checklist before using the Equipment.
(i) safely secure all items loaded in or on the Equipment or in or on the Customer’s vehicle and indemnify UPHIRE in respect of any injury and/or damage caused by items falling from the Equipment or from any vehicle or trailer operated by or on behalf of the Customer.
(j) operate the Equipment with an adequate motor vehicle and/or power source.
(k) immediately report and provide full details to UPHIRE as soon as any fault, accident or damage occurs in respect of the Equipment.

Hire of Equipment. The Customer shall pay the Company the full minimum chargeable hire period amount, for all Work performed up to and including the date of termination, and all direct and reasonable costs and expenses relating to the termination.
Hire of Equipment. (a) Xxxxx agrees to hire you the Equipment.
(b) The hiring of the Equipment will commence from the Hire Date.
(c) You are entitled to use the Equipment for the Hire Period and for any extension of the Hire Period as expressly agreed between the parties.
(d) You agree to return the Equipment to Zokal on or before the end of the Hire Period.
(e) Zokal will not be deemed to have accepted the return of the Equipment in good repair and condition until such time as the Equipment has been fully inspected by Zokal following its return.
(f) You must, if Xxxxx asks, complete and/or sign such ancillary documents as Zokal may require.
(g) You agree to pay Zokal all charges, costs, fees and expenses payable to Zokal under this Agreement in the manner as directed by Xxxxx.
(h) Xxxxx may require you to pay the Hiring Charges in advance of the Hiring Period.
(i) Where Zokal issues an invoice in respect of the Hiring Charges payable by you, the full amount of all Hiring Charges payable by you will be due and upon return of the Equipment to Zokal, as stated in the invoice, unless a credit application has been completed and approved by Xxxxx.
(j) This Agreement is a continuing security and is not wholly or partially discharged by the payment at any time of any amounts due and payable by you to Zokal, settlement of account or other fact and applies to the balance of the amounts due and payable by you to Zokal at any time until a final release of this Agreement is granted by Xxxxx.
(k) You may apply to hire the Equipment from Zokal by completing a Purchase Order and sending this to Zokal. The Purchase Order must be in a form acceptable to Zokal.
(l) A Purchase Order will constitute an irrevocable offer by you to hire the Equipment of the type described in the Purchase Order for the Hiring Charges under the terms of this Agreement.
(m) Xxxxx has the discretionary rights to accept or decline your Purchase Order.
(n) Once a purchase order has been accepted by Zokal, this cannot be terminated, cancelled and/or withdrawn without Xxxxx'x written consent.
(o) If there is no Equipment Hire Period specified in the Purchase Order you may use the Equipment until such time as at the date of Termination.
