Acceptance of the Work and Final Payment. The work delivered and services rendered under this Agreement will remain the property of the CONTRACTOR and will not be deemed complete until a physical inspection and actual usage of the Service is accepted by the COUNTY and will be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, fully in accord with the specifications and of the highest quality. Any goods or services purchased under this Agreement may be tested/inspected for compliance with the specifications listed. A. Final Inspection.
