Facilities Provisions. If an Eligible Project undertaken by the Recipient involves building, buying, renovating or making additions to a facility in order to provide shelter space, transitional or supportive housing or other services for the homeless or those at-risk of becoming homeless, and: the project is not completed, the Recipient shall repay to United Way of Durham Region an amount equal to the amount of the Contribution used by the Recipient to pay for the costs of the project, upon said repayment being requested by United Way of Durham Region; or the project is completed but the facility:
