Acceptance of Trusteeship. A Trustee shall execute a written acceptance in a form satisfactory to the Trustees and consistent with the Act and thereby shall be deemed to have accepted the Trust created and established by this Trust Agreement and to have consented to act as Trustee and to have agreed to administer the Pension Trust Fund as provided herein. Acceptance of Trusteeship. (a) The initial Trustees shall immediately meet and sign this Trust Agreement which establishes the Trust Fund. The Trustees, by affixing their signature at the end of this Trust Agreement, agree to accept the trusteeship set forth in this Trust Agreement, to administer the affairs of the Trust with care, skill, prudence and diligence and to act in such capacity strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Program and this Trust Agreement.
Acceptance of Trusteeship. 10.5 The Members may revoke an appointment if the person appointed has not signed an Acceptance of Trusteeship within 10 days of the date of the appointment.

Acceptance of Trusteeship. (a) Each Trustee, other than the Original Trustees, must sign and file with the Recording Secretary an Acceptance of Trust in the form set forth in Schedule “B” hereto and is deemed to accept the trust created and established by this Agreement and to consent to act as a Trustee strictly in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. No appointment of a Trustee will be effective until such Trustee has signed and filed an Acceptance of Trust as aforesaid.
Acceptance of Trusteeship. The Trustees shall meet and sign this Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust immediately and any successor Trustee(s) or additional Trustee(s) shall sign a written acceptance thereof, and they shall by so doing thereby agree to accept the Trusteeship and to act in their fiduciary capacities strictly in accordance with the provisions thereof.
Acceptance of Trusteeship. The undersigned, having been appointed as a Trustee of the Pension Plan for the Employees of the University of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island in accordance with the Trust Agreement dated ⚫, as amended from time to time, hereby accepts the trusts created and established by the aforesaid Trust Agreement, consents to act as a Trustee being vested with all rights, powers and duties of a Trustee thereunder and agrees to administer the said Fund in accordance with the terms thereof.
Acceptance of Trusteeship. A person who has been appointed as a Trustee accepts his appointment by providing written acknowledgment of his acceptance in a form acceptable to the Board of Trustees or by communicating his acceptance at a duly constituted meeting of the Board of Trustees.
