Common use of Acceptance of Used Aircraft Manufactured in Third Countries Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Used Aircraft Manufactured in Third Countries. These Implementation Procedures also apply to the acceptance of Export Certificates of Airworthiness for used aircraft for which a third country is the State of Design and that are subsequently exported from France to the United States or vice versa, per paragraph 3.2.1.6(b).

This shall only apply when bilateral agreements/arrangements for this purpose have been formalized between these third countries and the FAA and UKCAA, per paragraph 3.2.1.6(b)covering the same class of products.

This shall only apply when bilateral agreements/arrangements for this purpose have been formalized between these third countries and both the FAA and LFV, per paragraph 3.2.1.6(b)covering the same class of products.

These Implementation Procedures shall also apply to the acceptance of Export Certificates of Airworthiness for used aircraft aircraft, for which a third country is the State of Design and Design, that are subsequently exported from France Australia to the United States or vice versa.
