Common use of Acceptance of Used Aircraft Manufactured in Third Countries Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Used Aircraft Manufactured in Third Countries. These Implementation Procedures also apply to the acceptance of Export Certificates of Airworthiness for aircraft within the scope of paragraph 2.1 which have been manufactured and/or assembled in third countries and are subsequently exported from New Zealand to the United States or vice versa.
