Common use of Acceptance of Work Performed Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Work Performed. 1. Any acceptance of work shall take place after completion of such by way of our formal counter-signature on the respective record of acceptance. In relation to any performance which cannot be subsequently checked or examined the Supplier shall give us in good time written notice requiring the examination. Any fictional acceptance by way of failing to respond to a request for inspection, or by way of payment or actual use is hereby excluded.
