Acceptance of Work Performed. 履行工作的验收 1. Any acceptance of work shall take place after completion of such by way of our formal counter-signature on the respective record of acceptance. In relation to any performance which cannot be subsequently checked or examined the Supplier shall give us in good time written notice requiring the examination. Any fictional acceptance by way of failing to respond to a request for inspection, or by way of payment or actual use is hereby excluded. 任何工作的验收应在我们在相关验收记录上正式会签后完成。关于任何不能被随后检查或测试的性能表现，供应商应及时以书面形式通知我们要求测试。验收不包括任何未能对检查需求予以回复，或通过付款或实际使用的方式而形成的非真实验收。 2.
