Common use of Acceptance/Payment Clause in Contracts

Acceptance/Payment. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by County, 1) acceptance shall not be deemed complete unless in writing and until all the goods/services have actually been received, inspected, and tested to the satisfaction of County, and 2) payment shall be made in arrears after satisfactory acceptance. In the event the Contractor is terminated for any reason, County shall immediately receive one/twelfth (1/12) of all prepaid development services (as listed in this contract) for each month or portion thereof remaining for the applicable Contract year as listed in this Contract.

Acceptance/Payment. In Notwithstanding the event above, if Contractor does not receive written notice that the Contractor is terminated for any reasongoods/servcies have been rejected within thirty (30) days of the County’s receipt, County shall immediately receive onethe goods/twelfth (1/12) of all prepaid development services (as listed in this contract) for each month or portion thereof remaining for the applicable Contract year as listed in this Contractwill be deemed accepted.

In the event the Contractor If this Contract is terminated for any reason, County Contractor shall immediately receive pay the County one/-twelfth (1/12) of all prepaid development services (as listed in this contract) for each month the Fee or portion thereof therefore remaining for in the applicable Contract year as listed in this Contractterm.
