Acceptance Plan. That document, delivered as a component of the Implementation Plan document, which defines and describes the acceptance tests and conditions which define Acceptance.
Acceptance Plan. A description of the criteria for final acceptance of the Project and the procedure by which Acceptance will be demonstrated and documented. Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement or agreed upon in writing by both parties, acceptance testing will be performed on the County’s site, on the County’s equipment. The Acceptance Plan shall include the following provisions: a. The review, approval, and acceptance of all project Deliverables will be the responsibility of County’s Project Manager. The County will apply the following Software Acceptance Process to acceptance of all deliverables: i. For the life of this contract, County has the right to complete a review of any deliverable received from Contractor and notify Contractor of County’s findings; and ii. If the deliverable is unacceptable, Contractor shall resubmit the deliverable after the appropriate correction or modifications have been made. iii. The process described above will be repeated until final acceptance is obtained, the County waives the irregularity, or the Agreement is terminated.
Acceptance Plan. A separate document or section titled “Preliminary Acceptance Plan”. This document shall contain a description of the scheduled tests and inspections necessary for the acceptance of work in the factory and in the IAC. It will also include a tenderer’s updated version of the original copy of the administrative inspection certificate as proposed by the EMIR project team, including a proposed method of inspection for each requirement and interface: test, demonstration, analysis or inspection (as defined in the specification document with reference DM/SR-EMI/577v.3, denominated “Configurable Slit Unit Contractual Specifications”), annexed in the relevant Technical Specifications. Special emphasis will be laid on the description of: a) tests to validate the results of FEM analysis (if required) b) functional tests of mechanisms and c) metrological verification of the interfaces. Special attention must be paid to the description of tests methods implying a significant increase in features or price.
Acceptance Plan. Quality control at the plant and in the field shall be the responsibility ofthe Vendor and shall meet the requirements ofMP 401.03.50. Revised 10/27/2014 Compaction quality control shall be in accordance with MP 401.05.20. Acceptance testing shall be the responsibility of the WVDOH. Quality assurance of the material shall be as set forth in MP 401.02.27 for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mix designs or MP 401.02.29 for Superpave mix designs.
Acceptance Plan. Payment adjustments for the material will be in accordance with Article 3076.6., “Payment.” Sample and test the hot-mix on a lot and sublot basis. Suspend production until test results or other information indicates to the satisfaction of the Engineer that the next material produced or placed will result in payment factors of at least 1.000, if the production payment factor given in Section 3076.6.1., “Production Payment Adjustment Factors,” for two consecutive lots or the placement pay factor given in Section 3076.6.2., “Placement Payment Adjustment Factors,” for two consecutive lots is below 1.000.

  • Acceptance Procedure D8.1 This Condition D8 shall apply in the absence of any specific acceptance procedures elsewhere in the Contract.

  • Acceptance Process All deliverables must be received and accepted in writing by Department’s Grant Manager before payment. The Grantee shall work diligently to correct all deficiencies in the deliverable that remain outstanding, within a reasonable time at Grantee’s expense. If Department’s Grant Manager does not accept the deliverables within 30 days of receipt, they will be deemed rejected.

  • Acceptance Period For all Services provided under this Agreement, Vendor grants to Citizens a thirty (30) calendar day acceptance period ("Acceptance Period") commencing on the date completed Services are delivered to Citizens. Citizens shall have the right to reject the Services, in whole or in part, during the Acceptance Period for Vendor’s failure to meet the specifications associated with the delivered Services, with such determination to be made in Citizens’ reasonable judgment. At the end of the Acceptance Period, if Citizens has not rejected the Services, the Services shall be deemed to be accepted by Citizens; provided, however, that Citizens’ acceptance of the Services shall not be deemed a waiver of any of Citizens’ warranty rights as expressly provided in this Agreement.

  • Acceptance; Rejection A holder of Notes may accept the offer to prepay made pursuant to this Section 8.3 by causing a notice of such acceptance to be delivered to the Company not later than 15 days after receipt by such holder of the most recent offer of prepayment. A failure by a holder of Notes to respond to an offer to prepay made pursuant to this Section 8.3 shall be deemed to constitute a rejection of such offer by such holder.
