Common use of Acceptance Testing and Sign-Off Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Testing and Sign-Off. As the Internet Access Equipment installation at the Premises achieves certain completion milestones (as specified in Subsections 8.1 through 8.3), the Parties shall perform joint Internet Access Equipment acceptance testing and/or project sign-offs, as described or defined below, at the Premises. Such testing and sign-offs shall be completed by XXXXXX’s project manager, or duly authorized designee, and Xxxxxxxx’s project manager, or duly authorized designee.

As the Internet Access Equipment installation at the Premises achieves certain completion milestones (as specified in Subsections 8.1 9.1 through 8.39.3), the Parties shall perform joint Internet Access Equipment acceptance testing and/or project sign-offs, as described or defined below, at the Premises. Such testing and sign-offs shall be completed by XXXXXX’s project manager, or duly authorized designee, and Xxxxxxxx’s project manager, or duly authorized designee.
