Common use of Accepted Applications Clause in Contracts

Accepted Applications. The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with the Joint Global Coordinators) pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.

Accepted Applications. The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors Sole Sponsor (together with the Joint Global CoordinatorsSole Representative) pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.6.

Accepted Applications. The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with and the Joint Global Coordinators) Coordinators pursuant to Clause 4.54.3, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.4.

The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with and the Joint Global Coordinators) Overall Coordinators pursuant to Clause 4.54.3, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.4.

The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with and the Joint Global Coordinators) Overall Coordinators pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.6

The Company agrees that all valid, duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with the Joint Global Coordinators) Overall Coordinators pursuant to Clause 4.54.7, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.8.

The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with the Joint Global Coordinators) Sole Overall Coordinator pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.6.

Accepted Applications. The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Joint Sponsors (together with Sponsors, the Sponsor- OCs, the Overall Coordinators and the Joint Global CoordinatorsCoordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters and the Capital Market Intermediaries) pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will will, if accompanied with a remittance in the required amount which has been duly cleared, be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6‎.4.6.
